Who We Are
Founded in 1972, Graham Associates, Inc. began with a single client, Great Southwest Corporation, and has grown to now providing civil engineering and surveying services to both public and private sectors and on some of the premier projects in North Texas. Some of these projects being Globe Life Park (Ranger’s Former Stadium), AT&T (Cowboys) Stadium, I.H. 30 Three Bridges Project, Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony, Viridian Master Planned Community in Arlington, Bonnie Brae Rd. in Denton, and more.
Our mission is to develop our team to produce successful, sustainable, and environmentally responsible projects that improve the quality of life through the pursuit of excellence and creativity in civil engineering and surveying and an unwavering commitment to quality and service.
What makes Graham special?
- Employee Model: We train our engineers in all aspects of civil design (paving, grading, drainage, water, sanitary sewer). We believe this wider knowledge base allows us to provide a higher quality service to our clients and an understanding of how all items work simultaneously. We invest heavily into our team members.
- Foundational Experience: On average, our engineers have over 20 years of experience not just in engineering but at our firm. This knowledge, expertise, and stability not only yields to a higher propensity in identifying design alternatives and solutions, but also translates into incredible training for our aspiring engineers.
- True Partner on Projects: We treat each project as our own and work to protect our clients by anticipating challenges and working towards solutions to meet the client’s goals.
- Family Atmosphere with Large Corporate Capabilities: As a mid-sized firm, we value that we have true relationships with our clients and among our team, while also the knowledge and skill set to take on any size project.
“Graham has an incredible team that thinks ahead to potential challenges and works to truly take care of the client. I was very disappointed that we were not able to work together on Globe Life Field due to their President being the mayor of Arlington, but look forward to the next project we can work together on”
Mr. Jack Hill
Senior Vice president for Project Development for AT&T (Cowboys) stadium and Globe Life Park
“Graham has really impressed me on this project. They came in from the ‘get go’ identifying major issues and going through in detail as to the process and how to work around potential obstacles to minimize their impact.”
Mr. Gordon Scruggs
(recently retired) City Engineer at The Colony
“I have been in City Management for 35 years and I’ve never had a firm that I've worked with that has given me the customer service and detailed professionalism that Graham Associates has given the City”
